Every original artwork is unique. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case any payment received will be refunded.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in their country.
5. Returns and Refunds
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Due to the nature of original artwork, returns for change of mind may not be accepted unless required by law.
Workshop bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made after this time may not be refundable.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, images, logos, text and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Artbox from Elena unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing artwork or prints does not transfer copyright.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. Workshops
Workshop places are limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Participants are responsible for informing us of any accessibility requirements before attending.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
You must not:
attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
upload malicious software;
misuse or copy website content without permission.
